At Phoenix Acting Course, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all our students:
- Once the admission process is completed and payment is made, the course fee is non-refundable
- Course fees are non-transferable to other students or future batches
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses, in which case students will be offered alternative options
Admission Process
The admission process is considered complete when:
- The student has submitted all required documents
- The course fee has been paid in full
- The student has been officially enrolled in the course
- The admission confirmation has been sent to the student
Important Note
Once the admission process is complete, the course fee becomes non-refundable. We strongly recommend that students carefully consider their commitment before completing the admission process.
Exceptional Cases
In exceptional circumstances, we may consider partial refunds before the admission process is completed:
- Requests must be made in writing to info@phoenixacting.in
- Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
- Approved refunds may be subject to administrative charges
- Processing time for approved refunds may take up to 15 business days
Course Cancellation by Phoenix Acting
In the rare event that Phoenix Acting needs to cancel a course:
- Students will be notified immediately
- Alternative course options will be offered
- If no suitable alternative is available, a full refund will be provided
- Refunds will be processed within 15 business days
